Volume guide
How many
litres?
Volume is the number that actually decides whether a board works for you — more than length, more than anything on the sticker. Three questions gets you close.
Your volume
29.5L
An intermediate at 65 kg in average surf. Ride a litre or two over for an easier paddle, under for a board that turns harder.

None of these quite right? The whole point of a custom is that the numbers move.
Order 29.5 L customWhere the numbers come from
This is Luke’s own table, not a formula off the internet. It runs from 36 to 123 kilos across four ability levels, and then adds float back on when the surf isn’t good — because a board that works at Padang doesn’t work on a gutless beachbreak day.

Still guessing? Put your numbers in the custom order and say so in the notes — Luke will tell you what he’d shape you.
